Profil

Almira Novia Zulaikha, S.H., M.H. is a lecturer in Criminal Law at the Faculty of Law, Universitas Sriwijaya (UNSRI), Indonesia, where she has been serving since 2022. She currently serves as the Head of the Cooperation, Internationalization, and Alumni Unit at the Faculty of Law, UNSRI. Prior to pursuing her academic career, Almira worked at BPJS Ketenagakerjaan from 2017 to 2020. Her professional experience outside academia has contributed to her understanding of legal and institutional practices and enriched her perspective as a legal scholar and educator. Her academic interests include Criminal Law, Cyber Criminal Law, Criminal Procedure, Electronic Evidence, Victimology, and International Criminal Law. Her research particularly focuses on Cyber Criminal Law, electronic evidence, and the development of criminal justice in response to technological advancement and the digital era. Almira is actively involved in international academic activities and has participated in international conferences in South Korea, Japan, Australia, including Melbourne and Sydney, and the Netherlands. She has also participated in international community service programs in Malaysia and is actively engaged in international collaborations, academic programs, research, and legal education initiatives. She is preparing to pursue her PhD at the University of Melbourne, with a specialization in Cyber Criminal Law, further developing her expertise at the intersection of criminal law, technology, and digital justice.
